Philadelphia

Comparing to New York City, Philadelphia is way quieter. This city is more historical, in my opinion. The place of interest in Philadelphia is the Independence Mall, a part of the Independence National Historical Park. This mall’s places of interest are Christ Church Burial Ground, United States Mint, Independence Hall, and Liberty Bell.

The burial where Benjamin Franklin was buried

Benjamin Franklin and his wife's grave
Okay, Christ Church Burial Ground, the place where Benjamin Franklin was buried. I did not enter the graveyard, so I can only see it through the fences. His wife was buried next to him, apparently. There are coins all over the place as people that visit the grave believed that if one threw a coin from his or her right hand over their left shoulder and landed on the gravestone, they will be able to visit Philadelphia again. [Inner voice: I failed to do so.]

Random tip: Some people tried to take a picture of the Christ Church Burial Ground (where there is a picture of Benjamin Franklin) while holding the U.S$ 100 money :D

United States Mint
Across the road is the United States Mint, where United States coins are made. Again, I did not go inside, so I can’t really tell that much about this place, except that it's a good place to take a picture of, especially for group pictures. :>

Independence Hall from Independence Visitor Center's Block
Umm, to be honest, I did not get much information about this hall, except for the part where it is the place where people were assembled if the bell from the hall rang. So, yes, I am sorry about this.

The Liberty Bell was placed in this new built building
Looking at the queue, there is no way that the tour members were enthusiastic enough to go inside (save for me). Everyone didn’t mind skipping this place for lunch. How sad. All I know is that this building is a new building to place the Liberty Bell as it used to be placed behind the Independence Hall and that the bell signifies United States’ independence.
That's all for the places that I went to in Philadelphia. Next: To U.S.A’s Capital!
